Nelito's Swift & Allied services business organized a successful regional customer connect event in Bangladesh, with over 70 participants from 30+ local banks. The event focused on the key topics such as security best practices while managing the SWIFT Infrastructure, Customer Security Programme (CSP) and the mandatory controls, actions to be taken to align with the upcoming global migrations such as ISO 20022 (CBPR+), Integration with the back office, NSmart Software Suite of Nelito etc, amongst other topics. Several banks expressed that they derived valuable insights out of the session and were happy to have more such sessions in the future. The event also received overwhelmingly positive feedback, reinforcing our commitment in delivering our best services and strengthening our partnerships with customers.
