Nelito Systems was awarded ET Now's HR Talent Management Leadership Awards - Dream Employer of Year Award

It gives us great pleasure to announce that Nelito Systems was awarded prestigious ET Now Presents - HR Talent Management Leadership Awards: Dream Employer of Year Award by World HRD Congress.

The award was given on Saturday, 16th February, 2019 in a glittering ceremony at Taj Lands End in presence of over thousand HR professionals across industries.

World HRD congress was started 27 years ago by global HR leaders across 13 countries for creating global platform for learning opportunities as well as recognizing best HR practices.

Nelito Systems competed with leading IT companies for this award. We were shortlisted through write up on Talent Management practices, followed by a stringent jury round comprising of HR stalwarts.

This award recognizes Nelito's Talent Management practices including Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, Engagement and retention. It also establishes the Company's leadership position in Talent Management arena.

With this, we have embarked on a journey to become employer of choice.
