Nelito Systems Pvt. Ltd. was awarded ET Now's Talent Management Award by World HRD Congress, 2020

It gives us an immense pleasure to announce that Nelito Systems Pvt. Ltd. has been awarded the prestigious Talent Management Award by World HRD Congress.

The award was given on 16^th February 2020 in a glittering ceremony at Taj Lands End, Mumbai in presence of over a thousand HR professionals across industries around the globe.

World HRD congress was started 28 years ago by global HR leaders across 13 countries for creating a global platform for learning opportunities as well as recognizing best HR practices.

Nelito Systems Pvt. Ltd. was shortlisted through a stringent selection process. The process included evaluation of nomination by academic council followed by that of the executive council. All the nominations selected through the first two rounds of the evaluation were requested to present their case to an eminent jury comprising of HR stalwarts.

This is the consecutive second year that Nelito Systems Pvt. Ltd. has been awarded for HR practices by World HRD Congress. Last year Nelito Systems Pvt. Ltd. had won 'Dream Employer of the Year' award.

This award recognizes Nelito Systems Pvt. Ltd.'s industry leading Talent Management practices and honours the organization for consistently implementing innovative practices in areas of Talent Acquisition, Training & Development, Engagement, and retention.
